Essential Care keeps your website healthy — maintained, backed up, monitored, and secure. Content changes are billed separately. Growth Care adds 45 minutes of content updates each month. Priority Care adds more editing time (90 minutes a month), higher-priority support, and a quarterly consultation.

If you chose the Managed Website, hosting, maintenance, and 30 minutes of content updates each month are already included during your 12 payments. You won't need a care plan until they're complete.

Five business days is a first-preview target, not a guaranteed launch date. Your proposal confirms the schedule; final launch depends on content, scope, revisions, and approvals.

Before you get started

No. It is your first monthly payment. The Managed Website is $249 per month for 12 payments, totaling $2,988, and includes the website build plus the listed hosting and care during that period. There is no separate setup fee. Optional additions and third-party services are quoted separately.
Ownership of your completed customized website transfers under your agreement, subject to third-party licenses. You may choose a separate care plan starting at $79/month or arrange hosting elsewhere. Hosting is not free indefinitely after the build is paid off. The Managed Website’s 30 monthly editing minutes do not carry into Essential Care. Choose Growth Care or Priority Care for included ongoing editing time.
Early ownership is available by paying the remaining website-acquisition balance specified in your signed proposal. The proposal explains the acquisition credits, buyout calculation, cancellation process, and any payment obligations before you enroll. If service ends before ownership transfers and you do not complete the buyout, the CQ-hosted website is taken offline under the agreement. Your domain and client-supplied materials remain yours.
Our target for standard Managed Website projects is a first preview within five business days after receiving your content, completed project details, signed agreement, and first payment. A preview is not a finished launch. Final timing depends on scope, feedback, revisions, testing, and approval, and is confirmed in your proposal.
You provide your business details, service descriptions, logo, and any photos you want used. We organize and format the supplied content. Stock imagery can be included within the agreed scope. Extensive copywriting, photography, and translation are separate services. Your domain stays in your name. Domain registration, business email, premium software, and third-party subscriptions are separate unless your proposal expressly includes them.
Search-friendly page titles, metadata, headings, image optimization, mobile layouts, and clear page structure. Ongoing SEO campaigns, content production, and Google Business Profile management are separate. No specific search ranking is guaranteed.
A revision round is one consolidated set of feedback on the agreed design. Two rounds are included in standard website builds. New features, extra pages, and changes outside the approved scope are quoted separately. Monthly content time covers small text and image changes on existing pages. Work in both languages uses the same time allowance. Unused minutes expire each month; approved additional work is $85/hour with a 30-minute minimum.
No. Ongoing care is optional, but your website still needs suitable hosting and maintenance. Hosting-only service may be available for qualifying websites from $29/month, with SSL and server-level backups but without website edits, WordPress maintenance, or troubleshooting. Existing sites need a compatibility review before joining a care plan. Any onboarding or repair work is quoted before service begins.
Website purchase prices are starting prices. The $249/month Managed Website covers the defined standard five-page scope; additions require a separate quote. You receive a written scope and payment terms before work begins. Purchased custom deliverables transfer after full payment. Your supplied content and domain remain yours. Preexisting CQ components, agency tools, and third-party software or media retain their respective ownership and licensing terms; your agreement specifies what transfers and what may need replacement licenses.
